Q: Can I order without an account?

Q: When will my order ship?

Orders confirmed by 3 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 (Grand Total).

Q: How can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you have an account, you can log in to view your order status. Guests may contact support to obtain tracking information.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses?

COAs & Product Quality

Q: Are your products tested?

Yes. Each batch undergoes third party analytical testing for purity, identity and concentration. Our products are labelled For research use only, and are not approved for human or veterinary use.

Q: How do I access a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

COAs are batch-specific and available for every product. On each product page you ll find a link or prompt to request the current COA. If you need assistance, contact our support team.

Q: How often are COAs updated?

COAs are updated with each production batch. We provide only current and valid documentation.

Storage & Handling

Q: How should I store peptides and chemicals?

Proper storage conditions are critical for stability. Most peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place at 20 °C or as indicated on the product listing. Protect compounds from light and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles by aliquoting your samples.

Q: How long will my products remain stable?

Stability varies by compound and storage conditions. Refer to the product listing or COA for recommended storage and stability information. When handled correctly, peptides generally remain stable for several months.

Q: Are there any reconstitution guidelines?

Only trained researchers should handle and reconstitute peptides. Use appropriate sterile diluents (e.g., sterile water, PBS or DMSO) according to your experimental design. Do not inject or ingest these materials.

Q: What does For Research Use Only mean?

'For Research Use Only' indicates that products are supplied solely for laboratory research, in vitro experiments or animal models conducted in an appropriately licensed facility. They are not drugs, dietary supplements or medical devices.

Q: Are your products FDA approved?

No. None of our products have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Q: Can I use your products for self experimenting, bodybuilding or therapeutic purposes?
